Our Story

When Tommy joined the pest control industry, he knew his end goal was to open his own company. After honing his skills with various big-box companies in many different roles, Tommy finally made the big leap in 2001. Four Seasons Pest Control was born from a love for genuine connections with clients and comprehensive pest management. Over the last 20 years, we have grown from the one-man show, with an old Chevy S-10 and a dream, to an industry leader with a fleet of over 15 full-service vehicles.

Tommy’s dreams didn’t stop at providing down-home, family-oriented service to just the Outer Banks and Currituck. He had his eyes set on the Hampton Roads market. In 2011, the opportunity opened up to buy a long-established company, and with the support of his wife, a new adventure began. Sarah has an extensive background in the corporate world, hailing from London, UK. Her business knowledge has propelled us leaps and bounds above what we thought possible. 

When we say family-owned and operated, we mean it. Obviously, Sarah and Tommy are the power couple of the operation, but they aren’t the only family unit we have here. We have another husband and wife-team and a mother-and-son duo. Behind-the-scenes, the next generation of kids is learning about the business. We plan to be around as long as possible, providing the same great service you know and love.

At the core of our company is our ethics. Because of this, our team members undergo rigorous training to start and ongoing training throughout their time with us.
